STATEMENT OF CONTRACT TERMINATION & PUBLIC RECORD

As the developer who built and delivered this platform, I am officially registering my strong protest against the committee. Despite clear agreements and explicit promises, the committee has dishonored its word, shown utter disrespect, and completely denied my rightful credit. I strongly condemn this deceit and exploitation of my hard work.

This official platform, including its customized live-scoring architecture, digital tournament fixtures, team and player databases, and administrative software, was engineered in good faith under express mutual terms of professional engagement.

Upon complete execution, deployment, and delivery of the functional web platform, the organizing representatives of the Gobindhal Gold Cup 2026 committed a gross breach of contract. Rather than honoring agreed-upon professional compensation and showing basic human and professional decency, they chose evasion, breach of word, hostile disrespect, and outright refusal to settle outstanding development dues.

Consequently, the entire digital infrastructure has been permanently revoked and purged from production servers. No third party holds any authorization, license, or legal right to deploy, copy, or utilize any portion of the proprietary codebase created for this event.

Deliberate Financial Default
Failure and refusal to remit agreed engineering fees upon successful delivery of the tournament software and live scoring system.
Breach of Agreement & Trust
Repeatedly breaking verbal and written commitments, providing deceptive reassurances, and defaulting on contractual obligations.
Unethical Conduct & Disrespect
Treating professional engineering labor with contempt, insulting the developer's dignity, and attempting uncompensated exploitation.
Revocation of Intellectual Property
All copyright and software rights remain 100% retained by the lead engineer. Any unauthorized deployment or duplication is strictly prohibited.

CONDITIONS FOR RESOLUTION & REMOVAL OF NOTICE

This public notice will remain prominently active and indexed until the organizing committee fulfills the following mandatory requirements: 1. Complete, unconditional settlement of all outstanding engineering and deployment dues. 2. A formal written statement of apology acknowledging the mistreatment and breach of contract.
